24 FPS
The 24 FPS Awards, instituted and organized by Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC) in 2003, have grown on to become a premier event for celebrating animation talent and high quality computer generated content from India and abroad. The 24 FPS Awards are an initiative to bring forth fresh animation talent on the same platform as the experts and stalwarts from the industry. Over the last eight years, these awards have gained momentous support from the animation and computer graphics fraternity. In fact, the number of participants, from a mere 35 in 2003 to over 600 this year, is in itself a testimony to the stature the awards have acquired over the years. Today, 24 FPS Awards are a key driver and promoter of fresh talent in the country.
