The art director sets in motion the overall tone and conceptual direction for the project. The art director communicates the main ideas that the project will imbibe to the rest of the team. The art director works in close tandem with the creative director and delegates tasks to the artists and junior designers in the team.
A Web Designer establishes the look and feel of a website. S/he is responsible for the overall layout and installing the code written by programmers. It is upto the web designer to decide the colours that will be used on the website, or where the menu will appear on the page.

A copywriter writes and edits promotional and textual content for a given website, print publication or any other multimedia platforms such as Television and radio. Copywriters must be proficient in languages and have a command over writing skills. When a copywriter writes for online media, s/he is known as a content developer.
Web Developer/ Programmer
A Web Programmer/ developer works closely with the web designer to give you those bug free websites that have specific applications. Web developers use HTML/ Javascipt/ ASP and even C and C++ to deliver web pages that gather information, process it, and return the desired output.
No business staff can be complete without someone who goes out to seek new business opportunities. A marketing manager develops proposals and markets the designing firm or advertising agency’s strengths in order to seek and retain customers.
