A.S.Krishnaswamy - Creative Head
Mr. Krishnaswamy is a fine art graduate from Chennai. He served the Print media for more than 8 years as Graphic designer and pursued his passion to become an animator. He did his Animation Film Design from The National Institute of Design Ahmedabad. Has 13 years of experience in the animation field. During his tenure at MEL he headed the pre-production department. His skills include Conceptual Art and pre-production for Gaming Industry and Animation supervision. During his education he is awarded the merrit scholorship for two continous years from the Victoria Technical Institute and the media indutry sponsored candidate for the NID education. At MAAC Mr. Swamy is devotedly working towards the betterment of the concept and animation side of the curriculum.

Jasmeet Singh - Director (Academics)
Jasmeet holds a Masters Degree in Animation and Multimedia and started off his career by opening up his own venture which was instrumental in crafting high quality web portals and sites and was awarded the Best Agency by Verisign in just a short span of one year. His knack and passion for Research and Development led him to join Killick Challenger Technologies as an R&D Specialist where he worked for an year before being picked up by MAAC where he heads in the capacity of Technical Head (West). Certified by Autodesk  and with more than 8 years of pure R&D experience both on the job and business, Jasmeet has been instrumental in R&D activities and improving the standards of existing and new courses offered at MAAC.

Sameer  Shanischar - Associate Director (Academics)
Sameer is a multimedia professional with over 6 years of experience in the CG Industry. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Multimedia along with a Diploma in Alias Maya from MAAC. An all-rounder professional, and an Autodesk Certified Trainer, Sameer is an expert in various aspects of CG like Animation, Compositing, Digital Art etc. and also enjoys sketching in his free time. At MAAC, Sameer lends his valuable technical inputs to the Technical Core Committee.

Abir Aich - Associate Director (Academics)
A graduate in Advertising, Abir started his career in Graphics and Animation in 1998. An Autodesk Certified Instructor, Abir loves to teach and impart knowledge to budding young talents, thus contributing to the growth of the Animation Community. His major areas of expertise lie in Lighting/ Rendering and Visual Effects. At MAAC he has been instrumental in creating new courses, training methodologies and improving the quality of instructors.

Pradeep Sawant - Sr. Assitant Director (Academic)
Pradeep six years of experience in creative fields such as Graphic Designing, Textile Designing etc. His areas of expertise are Rigging, Character Modeling & Texturing, Dynamics and Visual Effects. In the capacity of an AGM, Pradeep provides valuable inputs founded upon regular and extensive Research & Development.

Venkatesh Kamath - Sr. Assitant Director (Academics)
E = MC² most accurately describes his work ethic. According to Venkat, E stands for education and it doubles the power of MC or most careers. Dually qualified, he holds a Master of Science degree from the Mumbai University and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing Management. With over 6 years of hands-on experience in the VFX and 3D industry he kick started off as a graphics specialist and web designer, he has worked for leading companies before shifting bag and baggage into the 3D industry. His innate creativity and drive get into overdrive post MAAC hours when he works as a consultant for a leading production house. Providing them with 360º technical solutions while delivering on advertisements and feature films is his forte. In the near past, he has worked on local and international advertisements for Kellogg’s, Man Financials and Bajaj domestic appliances. As of now, Venkat is currently immersed in the making of a ground breaking feature film involving visual effects, live footage and 3D characterisation. His expertise in Compositing and 3D computer animation is vital to the success of the technical team at MAAC as his insights are sought for the improvement of MAAC’s curriculum and teaching methods.
