One of the greatest uses of Computer Graphics is in Architectural Pre-Visualization and Animations. It is plain wise and intuitive to model and create a structure/building in 3D and visualize it in complete photorealism before even the first brick is laid. This is especially important for builders to justify commercial exploration to potential clients before even taking the risk of constructing the complex/structure.
